After the deep times of pregnancy, birth and postpartum, as our children develop and grow, more space begins to emerge. After giving so much during these early, tender years it is time to gently greet ourselves once again. What do our voices want to express now? Speaking, sounding, toning and anywhere in between. How do our bodies want to move or be still and carry us into this next chapter of our lives?
